Dan has been the Head of the Technical Direction Program at newbb电子平台 since 1986.

Recent Technical Direction credits include 4^th 妹妹 (2005-06), 给我一个吻 (2007-08), 管家看到了什么 (2008-09), 人质 (2009 - 10), 这个节日 (2010-11). In 2002, Dan's position was adapted into a faculty position 和 he was awarded tenure in 2005. Dan has overseen numerous productions 和 has trained many technical directors that are successfully working in theaters across the country. Dan also enjoys working as Production Manager, Set Designer 和/or Scenic Charge Artist (not all at the same time mind you) for the Ohio Valley Summer 剧院 which partners with the newbb电子平台 剧院 Division. Over the past 25 seasons, Dan has designed scenery for over 15 OVST productions. Recently Dan's technical direction work was seen in New York as he served as 技术总监 for the Off-Broadway production of 发现克莱尔 和 Technical Advisor for the production of 在裸露的土壤上 both produced at the 剧院 For A New City on NY's lower east side.
