罗伯特·麦克卢尔’s music attempts to discover beauty in unconventional places using non-traditional means. 视觉艺术, 诗歌, 自然世界, neurological and mathematical concepts are all elements that influence McClure’s works. His work has been featured at festivals including NYCEMF, the Beijing Modern 音乐 Festival, the Toronto International Electroacoustic Symposium, 西莫, 印尼盾, 或弹性体, 和ICMC.

Robert received his doctorate from the Shepherd 音乐学院 at Rice University where his primary mentors were Shih-Hui Chen, 亚瑟Gottschalk以及, 还有库尔特·斯托曼.
